# Privacy policy

## What we process

For an account: your email address (sign-in by magic link). For a case: domain, category, ideal customer description, competitor list, use cases and the fact sheet you maintain. For billing: customer data held at Stripe.

## Processors

- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — hosting of the web application and the measurement worker
- Cloudflare — upstream proxy and bot control
- OpenRouter — forwarding the measurement prompts to the language models
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — sending reports and alerts
- Datafast — cookieless web analytics

## What reaches the models

The measurement prompts contain your company name, category, ideal customer, competitors and use cases — the details you entered in the wizard. Your fact sheet leaves the system only for scoring, never inside the measurement prompts themselves.

## Analytics

We use Datafast in its cookieless mode. No cookies are set and no cross-site profile is built, which is why this site shows no consent banner.

## Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. An email to sascha@the-autopilot.com is enough. You can delete a case at any time in the dashboard; that removes its answers and scores with it.
